COVID-19 Service Impact

As more and more steps are taken to mitigate the spread of the pandemic, we expect delivery services to slow down. The current stay at home orders, closed countries, and cancelled flights are overwhelming shipping carriers and customs.

We hope you and your loved ones are safe and please practice as much social distancing as possible. These are difficult times, but we will make it; we are very resilient.

When will I get my package?

Effective May 6, 2020, we  have temporary increase our standard free delivery speed to 16-28 business days. 

Packages shipped with standard free shipping can experience delays of up to 15 business days. Currently, expedited shipping is experiencing delays up to 5 business days, and express services up to 3 business days. 

To alleviate the uncertainty, any purchase not delivered within 60 days qualifies for a free return. If it has been 90 days and you have not received your package, please contact us to work on getting you a full refund. These implementations are to assure all our customers their money back.

Why did my package stop moving?

There is a period of time when your package will stop moving. This means the package is being processed by customs. In normal circumstances, this period is between 3-8 business day. Currently, customs is processing packages at a much slower speed (up to 15 business days in some occasions).

I don't want to continue waiting, can I cancel my order? 

If your order was already shipped, we cannot cancel it. Your package might be late, but you will definitely receive it. Please review your options based on the answer to  "When will I get my package?"

My package is late, why can't I get my money back? 

All our packages are shipped with trackable and insured services; for an insurance claim to be valid, the package has to be declared lost by the shipping carrier. With the current situation, most packages are getting stuck not lost. This is the reason we implemented a 60 days free returns rule. After waiting 60 days, you can take any necessary steps knowing you will get your money back; if the package is received, you can return it free of charge if not, you will get your money back after 90 days. Keep in mind, you will eventually receive the package regardless of us issuing a refund or not.
